Movie: Bajirao Mastani
Music: Sanjay Leela Bhansali
Lyrics: Siddharth-Garima
Singers: Shreya Ghoshal, Pandit Birju Maharaj

An amazing song that sweeps away the ears n mind listening to it at the very first instant
This is a beautiful, semi-classical song brilliantly sung by Shreya Ghoshal in a mind blowing way, along with Birju Maharaj giving his voice for the ‘taal’ sung here. The lyrics have a couple of ‘alankaars’, i.e. figures of speech, where words are used for two completely unrelated meanings, such as ‘laal' for the colour red and for son, and Hari for the colour green, as well as Lord Krishna again. You'll fall in love with the song for sure.

mohe rang do laal
nand ke laal laal
chheDo nahi bas rang do laal
mohe rang do laal

colour me red,
O son of Nand, (Krishna)
don’t tease me, just color me red,
color me red..

main to rangi hari hari ke rang
laaj se gulaabi gaal

I was coloured green in the colour of Krishna,
with my cheeks turned pink with shyness..

mohe rang do laal
nand ke laal laal
chheDo naahi bas rang do laal
mohe rang do laal..

You can't avoid the magic happening inside as you get involved with the song. With that lovely rendition of Shreya Goshal, no wonder, if you're getting lost atleast for these 4 minutes. OMG!!!! Its just amazing.....
